How do I book the pizza van?
Send us a Request a Service with your date, location and guest numbers. We will check availability and reply with a quote. Once you are happy, we confirm the booking by email.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can — especially for summer weekends and weddings. We often book months ahead. Last-minute enquiries are welcome; we will be honest if the date is free.
How many guests can you cater for?
We typically serve from small garden parties through to larger weddings and corporate events. Exact capacity depends on service style and timing — tell us your numbers and we will advise what works best.
Can you cater for dietary needs?
Yes. Tell us about vegetarian, vegan or other requirements when you enquire. We plan the menu with you so guests with dietary needs are looked after.
Where do you travel?
We are based around Cheltenham and cover the Cotswolds and nearby towns such as Gloucester, Cirencester, Stroud and beyond. If your venue is further afield, ask us — travel is often possible.
What power and space does the van need?
We need level hardstanding with clear access for the van and enough room to work safely around it. Power requirements depend on the set-up — we will confirm what your venue needs when we discuss the booking.
How does pricing work?
Quotes are tailored to your date, location, guest numbers and menu. There is no one-size price list — request a service and we will send a clear quote for your event.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes. A deposit secures your date once you accept the quote. The balance is due before the event — we will set out amounts and timings clearly in our confirmation.
